It's good protein and a good filler. It's really great with a mix of nuts I make called Squirrel Mix. (recipe on my blog...search Squirrel Mix. It's so easy and healthy.) I agree that women grow up thinking they have to do everything. Writing, in particular, makes me feel lazy b/c it's not physically active and others don't get the hard BRAIN work involved! So, then I feel guilty..I should be doing something more "productive." But, for me, it's helpful to have something of my own, time to think, to create. It's a break from the other responsibilities in my life.
